Amy is a trauma trained life coach. She came into the Oakland Boudoir Studio to reclaim her feminine energy and honor and trust her own incredible body. Here is what she said about her boudoir experience:

"After a lifetime of working hard to prove my “value”, the last 5 years have been about deeply honoring my nervous system & accepting my body and all she has experienced. 

I chose Niki and a boudoir shoot because my work is centered around deep self-trust and recovering all the parts of me that I abandoned until now. 

Practicing what I teach as a trauma trained life coach, I chose boudoir to celebrate the power of vulnerability met with the power of what it makes possible when I chose to heal and deeply trust myself. 

Niki was the perfect photographer to capture the richness of my experience.   

Niki captured the ease of which I live in my body now and how possible it is to feel comfortable, connected, safe and attuned in a body that is healing from trauma.
 
Niki and Diana created a safe place for all of us to connect on the deeper things that matter in life while celebrating sisterhood.
